I have Interim management experience in Government, Off-shore, Healthcare, Telecom, Insurance, Banks, and Electronics. Because of extensive experience in ICT- Projects I manage are mostly on time and on budget. That is because of excellent stakeholder communication and empowerment of professionals in the teams i am responsible for- I can produce an actionplan within two weeks for a department improvement process.
