Within the lettings department we manage over 700 properties, mainly in North London and surrounding areas. The guaranteed rent service has become the most popular service for landlords and ensures landlords total stress-free letting, where we take full control of the property for up to 5 years and give our landlords a guaranteed rent figure according to the size and location of your property and this is paid directly to the landlord whether or not the tenant pays.
