BTL Solutions was founded by Lisa Gonzi and Adam Tose. With over 15 years in the property industry, we noticed a lack of information and advice in one place for property investors. With the current changes in mortgages, taxation and lettings, landlords have found property investment more challenging than ever. We are here to help. We can provide expert advice on the entire property investment process. We help with securing finance, tax issues and guidance on the process of letting your property.
