We have dedicated teams responsible for lettings, rent reviews and management. We also now have a dedicated Public Sector Consultancy Service providing a broad range of property advisory services. We have extensive experience in advising public bodies on asset disposal strategies, estate rationalisation, asset management advice and value adding strategies as well as valuations, compensation advice, sales and lettings. Our clients are drawn from all areas of public sector including Strategic Investment Board, Government Departments, District Councils, Emergency Authorities and Northern Ireland Water.
