Bubblebox Theatre

BubbleBox Theatre Group is a brand new company based in Rotterdam. We are open to anyone who wants to be involved with creating new and exciting theatre performances to join us. We to become a place where people make connections and gather experiences in a unique and stimulating environment among other likeminded creators, artists and the audience. Even if you don’t have any performance experience, everyone is welcome to join in the workshops and classes and become a part of the company. We are not looking for professionals, we want to work with people who love to connect and collaborate and create a community. In the classes we will work on: Voice and vocal training, body and spacial awareness, and movement. Acting techniques, scene studying and character building. We will do some improvisation, so be prepared to learn new things. We will work in groups and individually. If you have no experience, don’t panic, go at your own pace and try to have fun! Step out of your comfort zone and you’ll be surprised how supportive people will be towards you as you learn. We will work project-to-project, and have no limits on what kind of work we can create. If this sounds like a group that you would like to join, then get in touch! For our next project we are looking for. Script writers to work with actors to bring their work to life. Actors who want to be on stage and work on their craft. Auditions for our projects will be announced on our website and on our social media pages. You don’t have to be an existing member to audition, anyone can apply to join. Workshops, classes and rehearsals will be on Tuesday evenings.
