Buddy Belgium was founded with the intention to become the first CBD hub in Europe. In April 2019, Belgium was the first country in the UE to regulate the commercialization of dried hemp flowers under 0,2% of THC, considering it as a "tobacco product". Therefore, we have partnered with a Belgian tobacco manufacturer, sharing our knowledge on both the tobacco and CBD markets. This unique association between a tobacco company & a cannabis company has allowed us to conquer the first ever regulated CBD market in UE. We have since gained an unequaled expertise regarding this booming industry by providing a bridge between these two markets. Today, we are leading this revolution, pushing our CBD brands as a tobacco product to supermarkets, gas stations or groceries, while doing the same with our CBD oil brands to drug stores throughout the country. In the meantime, Luxembourg and Poland have followed Belgium by implementing the same fiscal status and we anticipate that the domino effect is already on the move for the rest of Europe. This legalization also gave us the opportunity to develop our activities abroad, having one of the safest and clearest legal frameworks regarding the CBD products in UE.
