Bob Keathley opened Budget Optical in 1980 to provide the residents of north Tulsa a place they could get affordable eyewear with the expertise they deserve. Brett Keathley now follows his fathers’ ideas with family friendly service and the expertise he has gained working in the family business for over 30 years. Budget Optical was opened as a second location to Bob Keathley Opticians. Not only do we have “street” eyewear we also do OSHA approved safety glasses. If you have a problem with your glasses we find out the problem and fix it!
