Budhale & Budhale Group, established in 1967, has become the leading diversified manufacturer of sheet metal components in western Maharashtra. With four fully equipped manufacturing plants located in Kolhapur, the company is recognized as a comprehensive provider for precision manufacturing of sheet metal press parts, welded press part assemblies, and subassemblies in the region. Budhale Stampings has evolved into a system supplier with the capability to design, develop, and manufacture components, assemblies, and modules for the automotive industry. The company was established by Late Shri Mahadevrao R. Budhale in 1967, initially specializing in the supply of oil engine spare parts. Subsequently, the company established its TOOL ROOM in 1975 and achieved a significant milestone in 1976 by successfully developing and producing deep-drawn hermetic compressor shells for prominent corporations. In 1988, the company diversified its production to cater to the Appliances Industries. Transitioning into the 1990s, the company expanded its manufacturing portfolio to include automotive structural and assembly parts. A pivotal phase of expansion commenced in 1997 with strategic investments in advanced manufacturing facilities, encompassing the Tool Room, Press Shop, Welding Assembly line, and associated services.
