We produce all of our cheese to order in our factory in West London; we deliver it to you on the day of production for guaranteed freshness with a seven day shelf life. To go with our production capabilities we also offer an A-Z Italian Food Service solution for the 21st century. We import Italy's most sought after food brands to the UK and supply them at competitive market prices to pizzerias and HORECA serious about quality and authenticity. Tomatoes, pizza flour, dry, fresh and frozen pasta, cured meats, specialty cheeses, olive oils and more all imported from Italy. We also have a full range of catering disposables, we can source ovens and specialist pizzaiolo equipment, as well as arranging a demonstration from our award-winning in-house pizzaiolo should you need any help or advice getting set up.
