BUGS BYTE provides technical services for small to medium size business customers in the Chicagoland area; and remote services across the country. We provide multivendor solutions for Cloud, Virtualization, Firewall Security, Local Wired and Wi-Fi Connectivity, Telecommunications, Mobile Management and Storage Area Networks in 1995 BUGS BYTE was the first in the Chicago area to focus on offering in-home computer services to the elderly and infirmed. The service created an opportunity for installations and repairs that would otherwise be un-available to a person that could not disconnect, transport and reconnect a PC. Since the origins BUGS BYTE eventually partnered with Rhythms to became the primary installer of DSL service to both residential and business customers. Currently we offer a suite of services in the sales and service of equipment and software as well as on-going maintenance and support.
