After Ukraine's victory in the war with Russia, thousands of veterans will find it challenging to reintegrate into civilian life. Accelerating their rehabilitation and recovery can be achieved through a sport known as "Bugurt." Bugurt is a medieval knight combat sport involving full-contact battles in armor with blunted steel weapons. This sport has shown promise in addressing psychological trauma. Many individuals from different countries have testified that it has literally saved their lives, helped them overcome drug and alcohol addiction, quit smoking, and prevent suicide. It is rooted in cultural and historical traditions, as well as the camaraderie and team spirit found in the military brotherhood.
