The key to implementing an effective PLC process is to design a framework specific to the needs of the campus. BUILD works to guide the process, however the plan and procedures are designed by the district/campus leaders and teachers to promote teacher efficacy, build instructional capacity, and increase teacher effectiveness. BUILD sessions are interactive, engaging, hands-on and provide the tools and support to effectively implement strategic instructional plans.
