Steven Baker, a former St Kilda Legend, played 203 games and participated in 3 Grand Finals and won a Best & Fairest during his remarkable career. He was renowned as the most feared tagger in the league. But there's more to his story. Recently, Steven completed an Iron Man and confronted his own demons. Now, he's dedicated to spreading awareness about mental health and teaching others how to Build GRIT Whether you're playing sport or battling adversity in everyday life, having more GRIT will not only help you face it, but thrive through it! With so many struggling with their mental health these days, I have started running live events to share my experiences. I talk about fighting through adversities and techniques I have used to get through some dark times. My aim is to ignite inspiration, encouraging individuals to persist and never give up no matter how bad circumstances get, sharing my lived experiences. GRIT Talks can be tailored for the board room, the club room or the class room. Everyone could do with a little GRIT.
