We are an equity-raising company for investments into short term rentals / AirBnBs / VRBOs. We focus on mid-sized projects near national parks, beaches, and other destination areas that have a history of regional, national, or international tourism. We build or redevelop properties because it gives us a competitive advantage with designs specifically for use as short-term rentals on the sites we choose. By building or redeveloping properties within the project, we retain profits and equity that would otherwise go to a developer or builder. We focus on projects that allow us to return capital to our investors early. This helps our investors receive a high IRR (compounding returns) that allows our investors to repeatedly invest the same money in different projects, year after year. It also reduces the amount of time investor money is at risk in the project.
