Buildables Pte Ltd is a drywall and ceiling specialist that designs and provides value engineered systems for the non-structural building materials sector in Singapore. We design, support and deliver internal and external, dry and wet area solutions for residential as well as commercial use. Buildables Pte Ltd, formerly known as Alltrust, commenced operations in Singapore on the 1st July 2003. Our company was established to design, support and deliver internal and external, dry and wet area solutions for residential as well as commercial use. In 2005, Buildables’ core design team was instrumental in designing & developing the rst residential drywall system in Singapore. This newly engineered 3-in-1 impact drywall system (impact-tested to severe duty, 1 hour re-rated, and moisture-resistant) was piloted at CDL’s rst Eco-Condo, the Savannah Condopark, with triple success – Green Mark Gold, Best Buildable Design and Construction Excellence Awards. Our future expansion in the local Singaporean market focuses on supporting innovation in the industry via: • internal wet area drywall from James Hardie Villaboard; • engineered VOC-absorbing internal drywall that increases indoor air quality from Saint-Gobain Gyproc.
