buildburo is a highly respected local builder and construction company specialising in renovation & refurbishment of fine residential property in London's Chelsea, Kensington and Westminster for the most discerning property owners, property developers, estate owners and estate management companies. Based just off Chelsea’s Kings Road, our team includes quantity surveyors, project managers and outstanding administrative support. On site, buildburo directly employs a dedicated crew of carpenters, joiners, electricians, plumbers, scaffolders, plasterers, tilers, decorators and local builders. To supplement our talented team, we also employ specialist subcontractors, carefully chosen over many years for their expertise, quality of work and reliability. These include glaziers, specialist restorers, swimming pool installation and high-tech smart home engineers. Most of our local builders have worked exclusively for buildburo throughout the year for over 10 years - some for more than 20. We take care of all the following: • Full costings, including estimating throughout the design & development stage • Project scheduling, procurement and on-site / off-site coordination • All building and construction work • Management of specialist third-party subcontractors • All post-contract after-care or “snagging” as it’s known in the building trade Appointing buildburo to carry out your property renovation and refurbishment gives clients confidence that all their construction and project management will be completed to the most exacting standards.
