BuildFast Property was established to fast-track the residential development process of Low Rise Medium Density Housing in NSW. We do this by obtaining Complying Development Certificates (CDC) to avoid council altogether, having a menu of CDC plans already designed to suit any complying block of land and by utilising a tested network of efficient professionals & contractors. BuildFast Property leverages Grant Mostyn and Joel Coleman's experienced partnership and working knowledge of leading single and multi-storey residential developments throughout the Hunter, Central Coast and Northern NSW regions. We provide a turnkey service for a clear and quick turn-around of residential developments in 6-9 months. We are able to source land, provide a choice of ready-made CDC ready designs, advise on customisation questions, provide a CDC and build estimate, project manage the entire process and even arrange pre-sales of packages or individual units. Our menu of CDC friendly designs include dual occupancies, manor homes, duplexes and terraces. Grant heads BuildFast Property’s sales and business development with over 27 years’ of business experience providing project management and estimation services within the construction industry. Primarily working within his own businesses on client and joint-venture projects, Grant has established foundations to help people meet and do business with quality professionals within the construction industry. Joel is BuildFast Property’s design development guru, providing over 12 years’ of multi-storey residential design experience backed by the practical start of his career as a high-end residential carpenter. As a full member of the Building Designers Association with medium rise accreditation, Joel has an extensive understanding of, and proven experience with CDC design requirements making him the perfect person to develop BuildFast’s menu of CDC friendly designs.
