We provide the perfect platform for school & college students, graduates, and young professionals to explore the various career opportunities that suit their personality, innate abilities, and interests. Through our guidance service and tools, we enrich individual lives with CAREER PLANNING, CAREER DEVELOPMENT and CAREER TRANSITION support in one’s professional journey. Our services are designed for students and individuals who wish to become better decision makers in their career journey. We organize career planning workshops in schools to educate children on how career counseling works. Our counseling programs start with self-awareness exercises which aid independent and critical thinking. The one-to-one sessions are enriched with job-analysis and industry-insights to foster openness to experiences. We also assist our Clients with skill development and profile development for college applications as well as job applications. We started in 2020 working with school students and have expanded our services to the age group of 40 years. We have introduced Career-Guidance programs in over 25 schools through online as well as offline interventions. We are annual participants of KVS Kolkata Region Principal Meet since 2022.
