Report predictions and outcomes in terms that are meaningful to the facility owner and occupants – by each department (i.e. radiology), and within each department (i.e. CT scanning). Objectively measure and evaluate design efficiency and cost effectiveness of projects: in-progress and completed. Apply measurement to locate and encourage waste and risk removal:(a).
