Based in Caerphilly, south east Wales, Building Energy Performance is the first specialist building airtightness testing company in Wales offering airtightness testing to CIBSE TM23 and BSEN 13829. The company has been founded on over 20 years of experience within the building construction industry. As a professional company Building Energy Performance has a registered membership with the Air Tightness Testing and Measurement Association [ATTMA] and for United Kingdom Accreditation Service [UKAS] accreditation for building airtightness testing. ATTMA membership and UKAS accreditation are considered to be important requirements by Building Energy Performance, demonstrating 'competent person' status as requested in the Building Regulations. Based in Caerphilly, we are ideally situated to meet the demands of the Welsh construction market with respect to building airtightness testing. As a new, local company Building Energy Performance can provide a flexible, competitive and reliable service using the latest airtightness testing equipment.
