Legislation, which has been designed to reduce our carbon footprint and growing appetite for energy. • We provide a comprehensive building energy consultancy service throughout the UK. • Our services exist to provide independent, impartial advice on reducing the carbon footprint of a building. • As energy assessors we have no bias to any carbon preventative measures that may be employed as a result of our recommendations. • Our basic services consist of compliance certificates such as DECs, Domestic and Non-Domestic EPCs, and TM44 inspections (Air Conditioning). • To compliment the basic services we can provide an extended service by way of a comprehensive report on EPC improvement options and payback periods known as an 'EPC Forecast' with either a full 'Rating Improvement Report' or a 'Simple Report'. • The extended services have been added to provide assistance in meeting the requirements of the Energy Efficiency Regulations 2015 otherwise known as Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES) Regulations.
