Building Maintenance Associates LLC, is a family- owned janitorial and maintenance company started by Dennis Biedron in 1969. Frank Biedron, has been operating the company since 1986, with a focus on condominium buildings in Chicago's Northwest side. Joseph Biedron, who is now the President of Building Maintenance Associates, has expanded services to condominium and apartment buildings from Chicago's Northwest side to Southeast Wisconsin. While operating for nearly fifty years and with over one hundred years of combined experience within our management team, we have developed a deep understanding of not only what it takes to maintain condominium and apartment buildings, but more importantly how to maintain relationships with Home Owner's Associations and Property Managers, to offer unparalleled service for many years to come.
