We utilized state of the art equipment such as Auto Scrubbers as the primary cleaning device for covered parking garage floor surfaces. This machine sweeps, applies detergent, scrubs, and recovers the wash water in one pass, leaving the floor virtually dry. We only use our pressure washers minimally, to clean areas not accessible to the auto scrubber.
