Since our inception in 2019, Building Pathways has been on mission to empower and guide young adults from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, enable them chart their paths. Operating as a Community Interest Company (CIC) in Greater London and the West Midlands, we're here to shake things up, offering skills, training, insights, holistic support, apprenticeships, careers and a push toward positive change. Our collaboration extends across businesses, charities and communities, serving Pathfinders aged 16-30 through our comprehensive Pathfinder programmes, e-learning courses, mentoring initiatives and more. Committed to promoting social values, supporting equality and breaking the cycle of socioeconomic disparity, Building Pathways represents genuine collaboration, tangible impact and concrete opportunities. By breaking down barriers and transforming lives, employers can connect with diverse candidates and align with company culture.
