Building Performance Center

The Building Performance Center (BPC) is located in Bellingham, Washington and provides weatherization training and consultation services to individuals, agencies, and companies throughout the Northwest. Our goal is “improving building performance." For us that means reducing energy waste (and bills) for buildings and tenants through weatherization technology while making those buildings more healthy, comfortable, durable and safe. We are a "for profit" arm of the Opportunity Council, a non-profit agency that delivers a wide range of social services to low-income individuals and families in our area. The BPC charges fees for its services, but profits are directed back to the Opportunity Council to extend its aid to our community.
