Located in Barcelona, our company was founded more than 50 years ago, as a service company specialised in the real state sector. Since 1996, the company was renamed as Building Urbana, a partnership owner of all its properties, which allows us to offer a direct and efficient contact with our clients, without agents. Building Urbana covers all the maintenance of the building- with own maintenance professionals- in order to deliver our main priority: to transform our properties in a unique and comfortable space for our tenants. Building Urbana is the matrix of our three main services: TuPisoBCN, RentRoomBarcelona and Bed & Friends- TuPisoBCN offers entire flats for rent for local residents- RentRoomBarcelona offers rooms in 12 different flats in Barcelona, always in the best places of the city, as well as one and two people studios. You will be able to live with international and Spanish students, share the flat in a good atmosphere and be close to your University- Bed & Friends manages tourist flats for big groups that temporarily visit Barcelona providing cozy, ready to live in and convenient-located homes, ideal for any visitor of the city.
