Over the years we have listened very carefully to our customers and learned there is a REAL NEED for trustworthy, well trained and experienced craftsmen. So, this is our promise to you. We will: • Provide a detailed comprehensive written estimate free of charge. • Supply adequate contract insurance for the whole duration of your works. • Advise you of any unforeseen or variable costs before we start your project. • Commit to a realistic timescale for your job. • Ensure maximum efficiency and minimum disruption. • TAKE NO DEPOSITS OR UP FRONT PAYMENTS • Arrange for you to meet with our customers to view our work and discuss our standards. • Let you keep 2.5% of the project value for 3 months after the completion date. As you can see from the above, we aim to build a fair and honest relationship with our customers.
