Bulbb exists to help individuals, teams and organisations make the most of everyone. We do this by creating meaningful dialogues in playful facilitated workshops and meetings – using LEGO® Serious Play® and other playful techniques – that stimulate creativity, breakthrough thinking and psychological safety. We work across strategy, team development, innovation, service design and change – whether in standalone workshops or as part of a wider initiative within your organisation. In a rapidly changing environment for collaboration, we have also developed unique training in designing and running productive, inventive meetings applying the playful principles that underpin LSP to any collaborative undertaking. We also run hands-on leadership sessions at conferences and seminars that rapidly give delegates the opportunity to play with ideas and have deep conversations that go beyond the usual networking.
