BULGOLD Inc.(“BULGOLD” is a Canadian-based company focussed on the exploration of epithermal gold projects in Eastern and Central Europe. Drawing on the extensive operational experience of management and directors in Europe, the Company’s strategy is to discover and develop gold projects that show potential for high-grade, good-metallurgy, low-sulfidation epithermal gold mineralisation. BULGOLD’s principal projects are the Kutel Gold Project and the Kostilkovo Gold Project, both of which are located within the Eastern Rhodope mountains of southeastern Bulgaria. BULGOLD also holds an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Lutila exploration licence located in central Slovakia which is prospective for low-sulfidation epithermal gold mineralisation.
