Bulmac Properties

BulMac Properties invests in small to moderate sized Multi-Family apartment buildings and complexes sized between 12 and 120 units. We focus on buildings and complexes that are under performing and or in need of repairs to add value to our investments and our community. We are currently seeking properties in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia with specific focus on the Ocean View and Ghent areas of Norfolk. We are a partnership of investors with a combined total of over 60 years of civil service history. Together we have more than two decades of experience successfully holding and managing rental properties. We currently hold properties in Pennsylvania, New York and Virginia that consistently produce results. We know what it takes to close a deal and are able to close quickly and efficiently. We understand the time value of money and the money value of time, and pledge to hold both sacred throughout every deal.
