In 2003 the company was reorganized as a joint stock company. Three Bulgarians physical persons own the shares at the moment. The company's main activities are connected with the variety of office automation and other computer aided services. Bulmag provides full range of services - initial study, project design, delivery, warranty and post warranty technical maintenance of computer equipment installed in offices, production works, banks, etc, specific software application development and implementation included. The company is committed to provide rather turnkey projects than single products to fully satisfy the end-user needs.
