Bunbury Flying School

Welcome to ‘Bunbury Flying School’ the flight training division of Southern Aviation located at Bunbury Airport in the Southwest of Western Australia. The school has been in operation for over 20 years offering Commercial, Private and Recreational Pilot Courses in both Full time and Casual Capacity. We operate 7 days a week offering students flexibility whilst learning to fly. We have a large purpose built facility providing a range of Aviation equipment and facilities to manage and conduct our flight training to the highest standard. We also offer Student Accommodation for both long and short stay requirements. We are focussed on delivering high quality Aviation Courses which are CASA Approved and Industry recognised. We have a team of passionate and experienced Career Instructors to support and guide students through the duration of their course. Bunbury Flying School is an approved Vet Student Loans (VSL) provider and eligible students can utilise this government loan scheme for our Diploma of Aviation (Commercial Pilot Licence - Aeroplane) and AVI50519 Diploma of Aviation (Instrument Rating).
