BurningChange was created with the purpose of accompanying individuals and teams in the sometimes difficult process of change. We all as individuals or teams have habits and routines which we repeat constantly. Habits are behaviors that we acquired in order to cope with situations, to solve problems and to implement solutions. They served and may still serve us well. But being stuck in these habits and routines prevents us from doing the first step into the process of change, even though we know where we want to evolve. Change is a process not an event. With BurningChange I accompany the process of change for individuals and teams to their next vision or objective. I believe that you are much more than you think. Your power is beyond believe. I invite everyone to consciously assume their responsibility for their life which will ultimately bring about change in all areas – work, family, community, society, and nature. BurningChange is an approach that uses firewalking, the supreme discipline for any type of development and change. It exposes individuals, leaders and teams to a challenge outside their comfort zone. This allows to lead in constant change, deal with fear and rejection in change processes, and improve group dynamics in the tension between autonomy and collaboration.
