Busby, Bell & Biggs, P.C, consists of three attorneys. The firm limits its practice to personal injury and wrongful death litigation/settlement, and will provide current, professional expertise to clients seeking advice and/or representation regarding a personal injury or wrongful death claim. The three attorneys consult with each other and share advice, opinions and insight in order to provide each client the benefit of three separate perspectives. This combined and collaborative effort is intended to result in the most successful conclusion for each client’s case. Busby, Bell & Biggs, P.C, has earned an “AV” rating, which is the highest rating available to a law firm. The rating is a result of surveys performed within the legal community by the Martindale Hubbell organization. The “AV” rating is reflective of very high to preeminent ability in the practice of law and the highest recommendation with reference to professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability, and diligence. All three attorneys in the firm are members of the Arizona Association for Justice, also known as the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and Jim Busby has served on its board of directors.
