Business Development Services Ltd.(BDS) is a private limited company, has started in 2005 with a vision to assist entrepreneurs to grow! Business & Credit Development Services Ltd is a private limited company. It has been incorporated in 2006. Before the incorporation, BCDS worked in the name of Credit and Business Development Services (CBDS) from 2002. The then proprietor of CBDS and the existing Managing Director of BCDS is the same person. Ownership Structure 1. Md. Mahmud Ali Chairman & Managing Director [Biography Mr. Mahmud Ali is the Chairman and Managing Director of BCDSL. He is also the Sponsor Director of the Company. Mahmud Ali started his carrier as a Journalist. He was in this profession for seven years. He worked with Daily Prothom Alo, Jaijaideen and Daily Ajker Kagoj. Everywhere he worked as a business and investment reporter. After that, he involved himself in several ventures as an entrepreneur. Accordingly, Mr. Mahmud Ali started the venture of fund arrangement consultancy and outsourcing of the banks in 2002 in the name of Credit and Business Development Services (CBDS). It was a proprietorship firm and Mahmud Ali himself was the proprietor. When he found good feedback from the market then decided to convert the firm as a limited company. Accordingly, CBDS converted as a limited company in the name of Business and Credit Development Services Ltd (BCDS). He achieved the capacity to run such a company from his diversified experiences of entrepreneurship and reporting carrier. Mr. Mahmud Ali completed his MBA from South East University. Before that, he completed his earlier post Graduation in mass communication and Journalism from the University of Dhaka.
