Company history: In 2009 Forward Internet Group acquired uSwitch In 2011 uSwitch for Business was created out of uSwitch, whilst remaining a 100% owned entity by FIG In 2012 we launched the co-brand Business Juice to operate alongside uSwitch for Business In 2013 we rebranded as Business Juice; and our CEO was appointed as founder member of the Number 10 SME Energy Working Group; In 2014 Business Juice was bought from FIG by Fresh Equity, a private investment firm. Since 2009 UK businesses have contacted us for help with their business energy contracts. In the process we have sold over 2.0 Billion kWh of energy. That’s the equivalent energy usage of switching the entire population of Newcastle with the good people of Worcester thrown in for good measure. Those deals have saved our clients £64m, or an average of per business. We’re completely focused on businesses and their needs, with no distractions.
