Business School Engagement Collaborative

The Business School Engagement Collaborative was formed in 2022 with a mission of advancing access, opportunities, and belonging in higher education. Our nonprofit recognizes that a variety of perspectives is not only valuable but necessary to the success of business schools and businesses in general. We believe that policies that ensure access to and opportunities for everyone improve the experience and outcomes for all. The BSEC achieves its goals by hosting programs that focus on best practices, granting awards, and serving as a resource for educators and business professionals interested in expanding opportunities for historically underrepresented groups. Our hallmark event is an annual convening of business educators, leaders, and partners across the country to connect and share best practices and resources. Membership in the Business School Engagement Collaborative is open to any business school in the United States, and the BSEC has received inquiries from a university in the United Kingdom. Organizational leaders look forward to insights from international members.
