Butterbang
Butterbang is a one-man croissant bakery serving customers in the Providence area. Started in 2019 as a mobile food business, Butterbang quickly grew a cult following of tens of thousands croissant lovers by way of rave reviews and word-of-mouth marketing. Butterbang has been featured on Boston Chronicle and NBC 10 News, and across numerous print outlets including Rhode Island Monthly, Motif Mag, Hey Rhody, Providence Journal, Providence Monthly, and Providence Business News. Butterbang is grateful to have been awarded the 2021 Editor's Pick by "Best of Rhode Island" and "Reader's Favorite" by the Motif Mag Food Truck Awards.
