Butterfly Effect is a social enterprise that designs learning and teaching experiences for students to impact their lives and their communities. Our flagship curriculum which is being implemented in multiple public schools, is designed to promote creativity, critical thinking and independent learning that moves beyond rote memorisation typical of a traditional curriculum. We first take students through a period of discovery and exposure to various ideas, people and skills. Secondly we encourage them to start up initiatives that develop their personal interests whilst addressing the needs of the community. This process ensures that they gain invaluable skills and experiences that will help them move beyond their current socio-economic status.
