Buttonwood International Group is an independent company which provides management consulting services to the global securities industry. The headquarters of the Buttonwood International Group are located at 14 Wall Street, 20th Floor, New York, N.Y. The company was formed in 1988 by John J. Giudice, a Wall Street executive with over twenty years experience in strategic planning, information technology, marketing and international securities operations. His prior work experience includes Senior Vice President at a major brokerage firm, responsible for strategic planning and international operations; Consulting Partner at a "Big Eight" firm, serving the Wall Street community; and Information Systems Officer at a major trust and custody bank.
