BuyPRO is a Procurement Service Provider (PSP), created in 1976 as SOCOMATEL and specialised in the management of procurement solutions for non-recurring items (C Class). In November 2009, FACEO Group has acquired the company. Socomatel has been integrated in FACEO Group strategy and operation in order to create the European leader in Purchasing Service and create BUYPRO. July 30 2010, FACEO Group has been acquired by VINCI Group. In September 2011, BuyPRO has merged with EPSA Groupe. BuyPRO is certified ISO and ISO 9001 EN120 (Aeronautics). Visit us at Paris, October 27, 2011: Just one month after the grouping between EPSA Group, a leading European Procurement consulting group and BuyPRO, a French Purchasing Service Provider, both companies have engaged another significant step towards global consolidation in Procurement Services. On September 23, 2011, together with mjunction services limited (a joint venture company of Indian multinational steel company TATA Steel and Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL), one of the largest steel makers in the world), BuyPRO and EPSA have signed on a MoU engaging themselves in the creation of a global consortium in procurement services.
