Founded originally as Blue Water Group Consultants LLC to serve as advisors to nine financial institutions throughout the state of Florida with portfolios of distressed and REO commercial assets. BWG took a non-traditional approach to the preservation, restructuring, and brokerage of these assets. Influenced by this unique approach; financial institutions, development companies, and end users alike saw increased value and expedited dissemination of non-performing liabilities. Today, BWG Companies is comprised of five companies lead by vested professionals with expertise in their specific areas: BWG Realty LLC (real estate brokerage) operating as RE/MAX Blue Skies, BWG Property Management (commercial and residential property management), BWG Construction LLC (commercial and residential construction), BWG Consulting LLC(consulting division), BWG Commercial LLC (commercial and residential development). Together, the BWG Companies offer a full service array of commercial and residential real estate and development expertise, along with a complete knowledge of the region’s market dynamics.
