By Iris was established to help experiential tour operators and properties develop meaningful industry partnerships with the goal of growing their revenues sustainably and consistently. We believe in making partnerships fun and prefer 'human-to-human' over 'business-to-business'. We focus primarily on the North American market and work with small-to-medium-sized businesses all over the world on growing their revenue through partnerships. Prior to starting By Iris, she was responsible launching TourRadar's Partnerships department with a $1M+ pipeline with tourism boards, airlines, and brands. Iris also headed up the Trade Development department at a tourism marketing and PR firm, where she worked with dozens of small businesses and tourism boards on planning and executing successful B2B strategies.
