ByDesign Technology specializes in the custom installation of Audio and Video systems. We are able to install in-wall speakers and flat-screen televisions in new and existing homes and have the tools and expertise to conceal wires in the walls to insure your system looks as good as it sounds. We provide products, project management, installation and design for Home Theater Systems, Surround Sound, Flat-Screen TV's, Home and Office Networks, Security Cameras, Media Servers, Structured Wiring, HDTV Antennas, Multi-Room Audio (Distributed Audio) and more! History Established in 1995. Shane Klaas has been in the home technology industry for over 25 years. Even as a child, when other children hoped for G.I. Joe for Christmas, Shane's father, Kelly Klaas (a now retired local radio personality and chief engineer of a local radio station) knew what he really wanted. He bought him a "250-in-one electronic projects kit." One of Shane's first jobs was working for a local home electronics store in Twin Falls, Idaho, where he grew up. Then in 1995 Shane opened his own company. Since then, Shane has built a reputation of putting the customer's needs first and providing "Legendary" customer service. Philosophy Shane's focus has always been in creating life-long relationships with his customers. It is not uncommon for Shane to take a telephone call early in the morning or late at night to patiently walk one of his customers through the use of a new system. Shane's philosophy is that technology should make life easier, not more difficult, and he prides himself in making home technology so simple even the "technologically impaired" can use it. Over the past 25 years he has excelled at doing just that. When asked what makes a successful company, he will tell you,"Put the customer's needs first. If you can't take care of your existing customers, you have no business adding more."
