1982 saw Richard Klaas start his own business after 20 years working for electronics/engineering companies. Richard built ‘Kestrel Motor Services' into the popular and reliable company that it still is today with the help of his son Barry Klaas, who trained and worked with him for 8 years. Barry left Kestrel in 1996 to work for a fleet franchise and was managing the service workshop within 8 years. Richard and Barry have joined forces once again and bought new premises that will accommodate every motoring need, and today we are proud to offer the best service yet to all our existing AND new customers. The difference- We do not believe in the so called ‘bonus schemes' that encourage mistakes by rushing staff and taking short cuts, which ultimately cost the customer. We charge only £45 Per Hour – where the average labour charge in Sutton is £55 We consult our customers at every stage of their service work for re-assurance and peace of mind.
