C-2i has decades of Government and Civil program development with a record for technology transition leadership, including several SBIR programs. We have a proven capacity for identifying new technologies with promise for military and commercial transition. C-2i specializes in areas including; product development, low volume production, business development consulting, contract R&D, and 3-D Animation. Privately held and headquartered in Stow, Massachusetts, C-2i was founded in 2007 by Mr. Arnis Mangolds, a leader in technology transition for numerous Government and Commercial enterprises.
