The student is given the autonomy to make his/her own decisions regarding a wide variety of things relating to their own crew, such as how to deal with a no call/no show employee. Or problem solve a situation with a customer in order to provide the best service at the best possible price. We develop students by putting them in situations with real responsibility, and in scenarios where decisions are not always cut and dry. The entrepreneur then either enjoys the rewards of their decision or learns from their mistake.
