C&M Realty is the newest member of the C&M Family. C&M Realty was founded in 2010 by Cody and Molly Filipczak. With a solid reputation established in new home construction and development, Cody and Molly identified an opportunity in real estate. In 2010, Cody received his broker's license, and Molly received her real estate license. In November, 2011, they added their first real estate agent, Shannyn Pinkert. Shannyn received her real estate license in December of 2010 and her Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation in May of 2010. Shannyn graduated from UW-Eau Claire in 2003 with a BA in Mass Communications and a minor in Business Administration.
