C&O Apparel is a leading apparel design and manufacturing company located in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Founded in 1981 as Oceanic Sportswear, the company later merged with Cascadia Fashions Resources to form C&O Apparel in 2010. Current President, Simpson Ma, who took over the company in 1995, has created sustainability by consistently offering the best possible product at the best possible price. C&O Apparel operates a state of the art sq ft manufacturing facility with approximately 200 employees in Canada to service our domestic and international customer. We have also closely partnered with a carefully selected number of suppliers from China, Taiwan, and Cambodia to create a vertically integrated manufacturing process. This gives us the flexibility to source, innovate, and increase our total overall capacity to approximately 9 million units per year. Since 2008, we’ve focused on growing our existing channel of distribution through the acquisition of brand licenses. We now license a variety of brands including Field & Stream, Avia, Cloudveil, Company Ellen Tracy and Ellen Tracy Active. In addition, we have also developed our own private labels with the most successful brand, Tuff Athletics, selling over 3 million units a year. C&O Apparel is actively involved in our community and have contributed not just dollars but countless hours to various charities and organizations.
