C3 Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)3 military advocacy organization representative of all Service Members, and their families, who have been impacted by a variety of concerns. C3 Foundation Inc. is dedicated to forming a lasting partnership with the U.S. Armed Forces in order to implement strategic and comprehensive policies that establish confident, competent, and compassionate Servicemembers through advocacy, consulting, and rehabilitation.
